How does Client Services work? Who is my customer service team and how am I allowed to reach them? Do you have escalation procedures in place?
Our clients have a Client Services Director and Representative and can reach them or anyone on the team by phone call, email, and chat. You can always talk to someone. How does Global protect student financial aid data?
Global protects student financial aid data through a comprehensive security and compliance program designed specifically for the higher education environment. Our security program is independently validated each year through SSAE-18 SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits, confirming that our security, availability, and operational controls meet rigorous industry standards. These independent assessments provide colleges with the confidence that sensitive student financial aid data is managed securely, reliably, and in accordance with industry best practices.
Beyond our annual audits, Global continuously monitors and enhances our security controls to address evolving risks, helping institutions protect student information and maintain regulatory compliance.
