Thirty years in, we are proud of what has been built. But even more than that, we are grateful for the partnerships. Thank you for being part of the journey.

April 1, 1996, marked the official founding of Global Financial Aid Services. What began as a small group of professionals with a deep commitment to the higher education community, particularly the work of Federal Student Aid administration, has grown into a long-standing partnership with institutions across the country.
Global was founded by a group of people who genuinely loved the school business, especially the complicated, ever-changing world of Federal Student Aid. They believed that if you built the right systems, surrounded schools with the right expertise and stood beside financial aid administrators as true partners, you could make a meaningful difference for institutions and the students they serve.
Thirty years later, that mission remains the same.
We have had the privilege of working alongside incredible colleges and universities across the country. We have weathered regulatory changes, system changes, funding changes and more Dear Colleague Letters than any of us can count. Through it all, our school partners trusted us to be part of their team and that trust is something we never take lightly.
To every school partner who has worked with us over the past three decades, thank you. Whether you partnered with us years ago, are currently working with us today or may work with us in the future, you have shaped who we are as an organization.
To our team members, past and present thank you for the expertise, dedication and heart you bring to this work. The impact you make behind the scenes helps students access education every single day.
Thirty years in, we are proud of what has been built. But even more than that, we are grateful for the partnerships, the challenges that made us better and the opportunity to keep doing work that matters.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
